This tool uses NCBI blastp (protein-protein BLAST) to align your query against all PKS subunits (polypeptides) in our database, while identifying overlapping domains and modules in each hit. Note that 'Show number of top hits' option above limits the number of top hits returned, but searches the full database and does not use the commonly misunderstood max_target_seqs option.
